





BRAIN TRAINING – Everyone can benefit. Chess is not a measure of intelligence (Einstein was a hopeless player) but the process of learning to play better stimulates the brain leading to enhanced memory and improved cognitive skills. In other words, you don’t have to be good at chess, the challenge is just to give it a try.
BODY TRAINING – Gain confidence. Work out under the guidance of qualified boxing coaches, get fitter, stronger and learn self-defence skills at the same time.
NON-CONTACT TRAINING – Everyone can enjoy. Training sessions focus on technique, fitness and co-ordination. We use focus pads and punch-bags for practice, not each other! Thos who wish to train for competition will be introduced to contact sparring under the strict guidance of experienced coaches.
ChessBOXING TRAINING – Twice the fun, twice the benefit. Chessboxing training works by inserting a short segment of play during the recovery periods between exercises. This linkage of mental and physical energies creates a uniquely uplifting and rewarding experience.
